In vitro pharmacodynamic study with Monte Carlo simulation evaluating the influence of urinary pH on the action of fosfomycin against E. coli and Klebsiella spp, and demonstrated that the reduction in urinary pH favors the pharmacodynamic action of this antimicrobials.
