In vitro pharmacodynamic study with Monte Carlo simulation that evaluated the synergistic action of dosing regimens of meropenem with fosfomycin against isolates of KPC-2-Producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and demonstrated an important clinical potential of the combination to treat infections caused by KPC-Producing pathogens.
